Zenstack provides an AI-powered agentic commerce platform that deploys autonomous agents to assist with product discovery, checkout optimization, conversational commerce, and related ecommerce functions. Our Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

8. Prohibited Activities and Stripe Compliance

You agree not to use Zenstack to conduct business in violation of Stripe's terms, including but not limited to Stripe's prohibited and restricted business categories. You acknowledge that payment processing is handled through Stripe and that you must comply with Stripe's Restricted Businesses policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you are engaging in prohibited activities or violating applicable laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zenstack LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
